Telehealth services

Barb N.P. Wellness provides telehealth consultations and prescription services for compounded medications. Our services are:

Available to California residents only
Provided by a licensed Nurse Practitioner under physician supervision
Cash-pay only — we do not accept insurance
Subject to clinical approval — not all patients will qualify for treatment

Compounded medications

Medications dispensed through Barb N.P. Wellness are compounded by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Compounded drug products are not approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA. These medications are prepared based on a valid prescription for an individual patient.

No guarantee of results

Individual results vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. Weight loss, recovery, and other results depend on individual factors including adherence to the prescribed protocol, lifestyle factors, and individual physiology.

Payment and refunds

Consultation fees are charged at the time of your telehealth visit. Medication payments are processed separately by our pharmacy partner. Consultation fees are non-refundable once your consultation has been completed. Medication returns are subject to the pharmacy's return policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barb N.P. Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.
